Meet Chef
Jamaal L. Davis
As a young boy growing up on the island of Freeport, Grand Bahama, Jamaal always followed his mother in the kitchen because of his interest in cooking. After years of learning how to cook from the women in his family he took off!

In college was where Chef Jay began his culinary journey. As an engineering major, long sleepless nights came with a limited amount of social time. Starting to play more in the kitchen resulted in some masterful creations. Chef Jay started to cook for his roommates, professors, friends and even small parties.
​
Chef Jay is simply trying to bring a different caribbean experience to the world. He is available for private dining, family dinners, weddings, baby/bridal showers, meal preparation, cooking classes, and other experiences involving food.
